All products will go through a strict quality checking before ship out. Due to hygiene purposes, we will never sell used products. For faulty products, you may call our customer services department within 24 hours from order received and our representative will guide you on the process. However, the product should remain unused.

Conditions of item not applicable for return as per below:

• Product’s color different from website.
• Product’s function does not up to expectation.
• Dirt cause by food and drinks.
• Did not contact our customer service support team within the period of time for faulty product.
• Incomplete packing and accessories.
• Tag was removed and wore item
• Used item.
• Standard delivery will take 2 – 3 working days from the date of post out, anytime during working hours. For outstation areas, parcel could take around 1 week to arrive. The exact delivery date and time will be fully depending on the courier service arrangement.
• Customer are required to provide us the complete delivery address and we are not responsible to any delivery problems due to incomplete delivery address.
• If your parcel was returned due to non-collection/acknowledgment, incorrect/incomplete shipping information that provided by customer or parcel refused by the customer upon delivery, we do charge a FEE of RM10 if you want us to resend the parcel again for parcel below 2kg.
• As for parcel above 2kg, please refer to the Shipping Rates Table. Refund is not acceptable as goods sold are not refundable.
