For faulty products, you may call our customer services department within 24 hours from order received and our representative will guide you on the process. However, the product should remain unused.

• Dirt cause by food and drinks.
• Did not contact our customer service support team within the period of time for faulty product.
• Incomplete packing and accessories.
• Tag was removed and wore item
• Used item.

*Normal shipping will take 2-3 business days for delivery process. For outstation areas, parcel could take around 1 week to arrive.
